General Policies

Mission Statement:

Our mission is to bring quality diver education at a reasonable price and provide honest non-bias information about diving, diving equipment, and our competitors. Our goal is customer satisfaction, we want your return business and depend on your referrals.

Honest Price Guarantee:

We feel this is what sets us apart from everyone else, Our simple All-Inclusive pricing leaves nothing to hide and takes the guess work out of budgeting your vacation. Our All-Inclusive Prices includes all your training materials and the use of our equipment during your training to include Mask, Fins and Snorkel.

Cancellations

General:

We will make every effort to provide your training as scheduled, But one has to realize from time to time there may be conditions beyond our control that may prevent keeping the training schedule as planed. Our recommendation is to plan ahead and not wait until the last minute to schedule your training.

Weather:

Inclement weather (thunderstorms) can cause delays in both pool training and dive site check out dives. For safety reasons NO students will be in the water when lightning is present and we will not reenter the water until 30 minutes after the last lightning has been heard for this reason training could be canceled and or rescheduled, we will make every effort to return to the original scheduled completion date when possible.

Facility closure:

From time to time a training site may have to close this includes both pool and open water training sites closures. These closures are beyond our control but in many cases we can just move to another location and keep on schedule and we will make every effort to do just that.

Loss of Instructor:

Generally health plays a major role in a Instructor ability to dive, Colds, Sinus and Ear infections could prevent diving and delay your training, we will make every effort to reschedule your training in time to meet the original scheduled completion date but we cannot guarantee that so please plan ahead and complete your training early as possible before your vacation departure date.

Minimum Class Size:

Currently we don�t have any classes with minimum numbers, should we add any location that requires minimums we will make that known in the class details on our class calendar page. If we cancel a class because of minimum�s where not met you will be allowed to choose a different class date or receive a fund.

Refunds

General:

Generally we will make every effort to fulfill your request for a refund and in most cases we do. But as a consumer one needs to realize our class dates have a limited shelf life once a class date has come and gone we cannot regain that opportunity to offer that space to another student, for this reason we ask that you plan ahead and make sure you and or the person you�re purchasing the class for has both the time and desire to learn scuba.

Full Refunds:

A full refund will be offer with a 30 day notice before your class start date, to start the refund process simply send us an email requesting a fully refund. Once your unused training materials are return to us a full refund will be issued less any shipping cost.

Partial Refunds:

Refunds will not be given for medical reasons please ensure you review the medical form and gain your doctors ok before you sign up for a class

All refunds will be issued in the same manner as the payment was received.

On-Line Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy, We will not collect any personal information from you that you do not volunteer, and we are the sole owner of all information collected on this site. We do not sell, share or rent this information to others in any way that we have not mentioned in this statement.
